Acorn & Ash currently ships within the United States.Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Acorn & Ash.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an address error before shipment, contact Acorn & Ash as soon as possible.
If tracking shows that a shipment is lost, damaged, or otherwise experiencing a delivery problem, contact Acorn & Ash so we can review the shipment and available resolution.
Local pickup or handoff may be arranged privately when available. Acorn & Ash does not operate a public retail pickup location at this time.
